Upon visiting Central Oregon in 2010, the active family-focused lifestyle, nature, recreation, culture and the friendly people convinced Russell and his wife that Bend was the place they wanted to raise their 3 young sons (now 4 boys with one on the way). When Russell isn't spending time with his family or serving at church and in the community, he is out biking, hiking, snowboarding or enjoying the company of his friends at one of Bend's notorious eateries or breweries.

In 2016, after a round the country road trip, Russell and his family fell in love with the South. After having one more baby ( girl) and another 2018 road trip focusing on the South he and his family decided to move. In 2020, they left Oregon and road tripped for 1.5 years, working on house flips in South Carolina and traveling. But soon after a couple visits, felt that Nashville, TN would be their next home town. Picking up where Russell left off, he jumped right back into residential sales closing both selling and buying clients. When Russell isn't working, you can find him, his wife and their five children out listening to music, exploring outdoor fun or serving in his new community. Russell, through his personal transitions, helps his clients transition in their move no matter if it is a local or long distance move.
